One day from the mission's life

Today was a very busy day. In the morning we went to put the solar for the family of Ann Kathure, Boniface Mwenda, Irene Kiende and Fridah Kawira. It was a big surprise for the mother since she was not expecting. She was very happy and she promised to continue praying for the sponsor.

We went there to see the reaction of the children when they came from school and met the light in their house. Infact they looked overjoyed. They promised to improve their studies since they will have the light always!

Coming back, by case, we visited another family that is under our care. Some weeks ago the mother of Joy Gatwiri came to our mission asking for help of her sick husband. In the beginning we explained to her that we are helping the children, but today, when we saw the condition of the husband we were very touched. Before he was a strong man and with the wife they helped one another to take care of their 5 children. He has been consumed by tubercolosis which has been discovered now leaving him with the weiht of 50 kg (height 172 cm). We can't leave the man in this situation. We promise provide him with the necessary body building foods, blankets, clothes, medicines beliving that Divine Providance will be upon us in this family.

Still on the way we met another family, we had promised to help them. They are waiting for adoption. This was a family of a widow with 7 children without anywhere to cultivate and get food for them. The children were afraid to see us, but we promise them to buy new clothes and plait the hair for girls and they were happy.

It was getting dark, thus we made our wat back since
the road was full of water atleast to see where we are passing. We arrived home tired but contented because through our meeting and sharing with these poor people God's love was manifested.
